Graduation, which was attended by 2,000 people at Columbus North High School, Columbus, Indiana.

RETRO BILL was, for the 14th consecutive year the Keynote Speaker at the Santa Maria Police Department and Santa Maria-Bonita School District’s D.A.R.E. Graduation held at the Santa Maria Elks Lodge on the Central Coast of California.
